Device Manager.

If there is yellow “!” mark on a [RATOC 1394 CardBus Card(TI OS Version)] string,

restart your laptop PC again.

16.You will see the screen below. Click [Finish].

17.You will see the screen below. Click [Yes].

You have now completed the installation of the driver. Please try DV Export function with

RsDvCap.exe.
